Before stepping into home improvement, I led sales teams at Fortune 500 companies, building systems that worked and teams that delivered. But I always knew I wanted to create something more personal — something rooted in trust and real results.

That’s why Don and I launched Construction.mn. We set out to simplify the process for homeowners and connect them with reliable, vetted contractors. Whether it’s storm damage, exterior updates, or major renovations, I believe in staying hands-on, being involved, and making sure every project is handled with care.
