When a site visit is needed
On-site consultation
If your project benefits from an in-person visit, we’ll schedule a consultation at your home. We document conditions, identify what truly needs attention, and separate genuine concerns from unnecessary work.
The consultation fee is $150. If you move forward with one of our contractors within 30 days, that fee is refunded in full.
You’ll receive documented findings and clear priorities before anything moves forward.
